Unique charm in the heart of Gion

Rinn Gion Shirakawa offers spotlessly clean rooms and a wonderful atmosphere. The help from the staff made exploring nearby attractions easy and enjoyable.

However, our room lacked natural light, making it feel a bit gloomy. We also found the air conditioning ineffective, which impacted our comfort during the stay.

Unfortunately, our room was quite dark due to limited natural light. The early check-out and late check-in policies felt inconvenient, especially since we were charged for an early entry. Additionally, the noise from the floors above was distracting, as footsteps echoed through our standard twin room.

The room was super spacious! It had a comfy sofa and nice wooden decor. The bathroom was awesome, with twin washbasins, great shower pressure, and a separate tub. Super clean too! Staff were incredibly helpful, giving us local tips. Feeling cozy with all the amenities like the coffee machine and air conditioning. Loved it!

The room had a beautiful view of the river that enhanced our experience. The location was ideal, making it easy to access restaurants and attractions. The bathroom offered ample space and was well laid out, which we appreciated during our stay.

The room with tatami was cozy and beautifully decorated, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. I loved unwinding in the peaceful garden area and the relaxing onsen, which was a great way to end my evenings. The only downside was the lack of breakfast facilities, but with so many nearby cafes and bakeries, I didn't mind at all! 😊

Rinn Gion Shirakawa was ideally located in the Gion district, a charming area with beautiful traditional buildings and easy walking access to various restaurants. The room featured a tatami mat area and was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate three guests, making our longer stay here enjoyable.
